When Live Rates are enabled, a customer checking out items in an eCommerce store will see all the courier options available from the store owner's PaidShipping account. This includes Bring Your Own rates courier accounts.
In order to disable any carriers, they will need to be toggled off in PaidShipping. Note carriers toggled off will also not be available for regular Quote and Ship processing.
Freight carriers and pallet services are not available for Live Rates.
To disable carriers:
- From the PaidShipping dashboard, on the left-hand side, select Carriers
- On the Carriers screen, click the toggle button next to each carrier to turn them off from the quoting process
