Changing your plan can be done anytime from within the Paid platform. You can upgrade or downgrade your Paid.com plan to suit your needs, and the new changes take effect right away.
HOW TO NAVIGATE TO THE CHOOSE PLAN SCREEN:
1. Click on the in the top right corner of your Paid screen and then choose Subscription & Billing
2. Click Change Plan
UPGRADING YOUR PLAN:
If you are upgrading from the Free plan and do not yet have a payment method on file, the system will prompt you to add one.
1. Choose the plan that suits your needs:

2. Click Select
3. Click Continue
You will be charged a pro-rated amount based on today's date, until the end of this month. Your next monthly bill will be charged on the 1st of the month for the full amount of the plan.
That's it! You can now continue with your new plan
DOWNGRADING YOUR PLAN:
When downgrading a plan, take time to consider the changes that may be made to the features of your online store, shipping, or payments. If there is an issue with your current plan, prior to downgrading reach out to a member of our team for assistance. Get in touch by phone 1-844-399-PAID (7243) or by email support@paid.com.
1. Choose the plan that suits your needs.
2. Click Select
3. Click Downgrade
You will be refunded the difference in cost of the plan based on today's date, until the end of this month. Your next monthly bill will be charged on the 1st of the month for the full amount of the new plan.
That's it! You are ready to continue with your new plan.
