To cancel an existing Invoice:
- Login to your PaidPayments dashboard or click here
- On the left-hand side, click on All Transactions, and then click on Invoices.
- On the right-hand side, on the invoice to cancel, click on Actions ⋮
- Click on the option to Cancel Invoice, then click Yes on the confirmation popup.
- Alternatively, clicking on the invoice will open up the invoice popup, then click on Cancel Invoice.
