To see if an invoice has been viewed:

  1. Login to your PaidPayments dashboard

  2. On the left-hand side, click on All Transactions, and then click on Invoices.


  3. From this screen, the Status column will quickly display the current status on the invoice.


  4. Alternatively, clicking on the invoice will show a popup with the current status as well as progress bar.


  5. Once the invoice has been viewed, the status will change to show Viewed.


You may also enable email notifications when an invoice has been viewed by default. To set this option on by default:


  1. On the left hand side, click on Settings > Profile & Customization
  2. Click on the toggle button to turn on the email notification.


Email notifications may also be enabled during invoice creation before sending the invoice.
