If your Customer's shipping address is different from their billing address you can add a separate shipping address to their customer information:
- Login to your PaidPayments dashboard or click here
- Click Customers on the left-hand dropdown menu
- Click Actions on the desired customer
If you have a new customer you can also click Add Customer and add shipping information at the same time. - Select Edit
- Select the Shipping tab
- Uncheck Same as billing address enter the Shipping Address and click Update
