If your Customer's shipping address is different from their billing address you can add a separate shipping address to their customer information: 


  1. Login to your PaidPayments dashboard or click here

  2. Click Customers on the left-hand dropdown menu


  3. Click Actions on the desired customer

    If you have a new customer you can also click Add Customer and add shipping information at the same time.



  4. Select Edit



  5. Select the Shipping tab

  6. Uncheck Same as billing address enter the Shipping Address and click Update
